TH Visual Designs: How Sweet The Sound at Philips Arena

I attended the "How Sweet The Sound"Gospel Concert in October at Philips Arena. I was far away from the stage but was able to get some decent photos with my 70 - 300mm lens, which would have been a lot better using a Nikon 200-400mm f/4G IF-ED AF-S VR. Events such as this help me to understand why certain pieces of equipment are necessary as I am building my arsenal. The hosts this year were CeeCee Winans and Donald Lawrence. The judges were Israel Houghton, Marvin Sapp and Tamela Mann. This is a concert that is held by Verizon Wireless featuring Gospel Choirs in every city across the United States each year.
