As most of my readers can see I have been on a quest to for the perfect camera/lens for me at this time. I have decided on purchasing the Nikon D700 hopefully in the near future. However, in the meantime I wanted to upgrade my lens as well. I have asked around and done a little research to find out what will suit me the most right now. Since I am still a student cost is a major factor while quality is important too. In my research I found that the Nikon 35mm f/1.8G AF-S DX (188.75) and Nikon 85mm f/1.8D AF Nikkor Lens ($427) would fit my taste and purse the best. The prices listed for both come from Amazon. In my next 2 posts I will provide a review for each of these really nice lens.
