Gallery Walk - October 21st

Jessica, Melissa, Starr and I were at the Gallery Hop at SCAD last night. I knew that my fellow classmates would give you the Gallery info. I decided to try out the Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 VR II AF-S  that I rented from  Aperturent* since we were in low light. I believe that it lived up to it's reputation. While it's a very heavy lens it does a very good job in low light conditions. It certainly is one that you want to be sure and have either a monopod or tripod with you. I had a hard time keeping a sturdy hand because of it's weight. I was able to still capture this bottle of coke while blowing out the background. I believe that there is one of these lens in my future. I'm starting to save my pennies now to add it to my arsenal.

  1. I love Oscar and Aperturent. He's a major factor in the success of my blog and is a great contributor to the Atlanta photography community.
