What's WordPress?

Last week one of our assignments was to find wordpress photography blogs. When I started out the research I found that they seemed to have the same appearance as the blogger. However, once I began to look at them closer I did see some differences. The ones that I found are:
1) Amanda Price Photography - Amanda's blog has a simplistic, clean feel to it. She may not be using it anymore because the last post was in 2008.
2) Musings on Photography - one of the most visible differences is that you can categorize your posts.
3) Sizzle up your WordPress Blog - this is an interesting wordpress blog because it actually gives a lot of suggestion to help you build your blog. It's probably especially going to be helpful for our class since we had some issues getting our wordpress blogs up and running. 
4) WordPress Themes for Photographers - another advertisement word press to help us out.
5) Damian Aching - this is a wordpress blog from a former Gwinnett Technical College student, who graduated in the fall. I like his because it's clean and easy to follow. It's also up to date!
